Why Full Youth Involvement?
Because we live in a starving world, and in starving cites, full of people waiting to hear of the relentless love of God for man, of a born, crucified, and risen Savior, of a future without pain and loneliness, one full of joy.
Who are you?
Full Youth Involvement (FYI) is an initiative started by Adventist Outreach Kids, a youth community outreach ministry of the Five Oaks Seventh-day Adventist Church in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We are a group of young people that longs to see Jesus come in our generation, and that longs for His character in these last and trying days. FYIS seeks to revive our Adventist youth and empower them to lead and serve in their own churches and communities.
OK, BUT WHY YOUNG PEOPLE?
Because we ARE the church. It's our turn to take up the mission. Jesus could come in our generation. Let's be the generation to see the end come.
Who are We working with?
The Generation of Youth for Christ (GYC) - Carolina Chapter. GYC Carolina is an affiliate of GYC, a global movement to unite young people in the Seventh-day Adventist church for service and to encourage full surrender to God in these last days. GYC has brought thousands of young people to the Cross, both at their annual conference and through their affiliate organizations and events. We are more than privileged and honored to be able to work with and under the guidance of our fellow youth and brothers and sisters in Christ.
